ROUNDTABLE DEEP DIVE
Infant & Toddler Nutrition
We are so excited to host this virtual learning event on May 14, 2025 and connect with CACFP leaders and partners from all across the country. The Virtual Roundtable Deep Dive: Infant and Toddler Nutrition will provide attendees the opportunity to experience the high-quality learning, networking and idea-sharing that you are used to from CACFP Roundtable, but right at your fingertips.
Let's spend a day together (virtually) connecting with our CACFP community and diving deep into infant and toddler nutrition. This virtual learning event will provide you the practical and timely information you need to operate the CACFP for young children through two disciplinary tracks: (1) infant nutrition (ages 0-12 months), and (2) toddler nutrition (ages 12-36 months). Sessions will be live with opportunities to directly engage with the speakers, and available for on-demand viewing (for 12 months post event).
We hope this website provides you all the information and resources you need; but if you have any questions - we're just an email away! You can contact us at conference@cacfproundtable.org.

1. How should I register a group? Each individual that would like to attend the virtual event will need to be uniquely registered and each individual that is registered will receive a unique passcode to access the Roundtable Deep Dive. We trust that you will honor this policy and pay for the number of people that are in front of the computer screen. Your registrations are a valuable contribution to our nonprofit organization and help keep us hard at work for you. Don't forget about Roundtable membership, which offers a significant discount on this learning event and others. Learn more at www.cacfproundtable.org/become-a-member
2. When is the last day to register? The last day to register is Tuesday, May 13. Our team will be busy hosting and managing the virtual event on May 14 and we will not have the capacity to add new registrants during the event.
3. How will I access the virtual Roundtable Deep Dive? First, make sure you register! Then, about 2 weeks prior to the Roundtable Deep Dive, you will receive an email with a link to access our virtual lobby. We are hosting this virtual summit on Zoom Events. If you are familiar with regular zoom meetings and zoom webinars, then this will feel very familiar.
4. What’s a virtual lobby? The virtual lobby is the starting point of Roundtable Deep Dive. In the lobby you can bookmark upcoming sessions, build your personal itinerary, view speaker information, and learn more about event sponsors. This is where you will watch live streamed sessions and chat with other event participants. We open the lobby about 2 weeks in advance of the event. Take this time beforehand to plan out your day, build your personal profile, connect with participants, and learn how to navigate the virtual space.
5. What are the minimum requirements for accessing the virtual lobby? We recommend accessing the event from a Zoom desktop client. You can download the appropriate app for your operating system here: https://zoom.us/download. But you can also access the event from a mobile or tablet Zoom app, or your web browser. We strongly recommend you make sure your Zoom app is updated to the most recent version.
