One of facts that Tom shares is the increase in reimbursement for family child care providers currently receiving the Tier 2 rate "This represents a 48% increase for providers currently on Tier II: From $595 to $1,242 per child per year (assuming you serve breakfast/lunch/snack each day)."
Tom also provides information about tax rules for the food program and claiming food expenses on family child care business taxes.
