May is Mental Health Awareness Month and after pivoting throughout an especially long year the Roundtable thought it was important to bring to you some bite-sized seminars to take a moment for yourself.
On May 13th, we will be hosting a
seminar, led by an expert in the topic, called Boundaries: What, Why and How. I know that after a year of working from home with my family of four with me ALL of the time - setting boundaries is increasingly difficult! If you feel the same, join us!
On May 27th, you can join your CACFP peers for some yoga and happy hour at our Vinyasa and Vino seminar! Grab your yoga mat and your wine bottle (or your favorite
beverage) and unwind after a day of doing what you do best - supporting your community. We'll take a little bit of time and support each other.
Cost:
Members: FREE (thank you for your support of the Roundtable!)
Non-Members: $25.00 each or $40.00 for both
The CACFP Roundtable, in addition to acknowledging the toll this year has taken on our community, would like to thank our members during the birthday month of CACFP and provider appreciation week. If you aren't a member - become one now and gift this great package to your staff. Thank you for supporting the work the Roundtable does.
