Yesterday, we had a dynamic discussion with leaders about the adult meals in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. We heard about lived experiences in running the program, the challenges in operating the program and barriers to access. We also talked about opportunities to help it grow such as continuing non-congregate feeding after experiencing how it worked with the waivers during the pandemic. One of those "we cannot go back" items we could take to USDA and Congress.
