Did you see?! Team Nutrition released more training materials for using ounce equivalents. Team Nutrition is really ramping up their efforts to help the CACFP community with this transition in October 2021. Their homepage for training resources contains training worksheets, presentation slides with notes, link the the digital food buying guide and recorded webinars. It also has links to relevant policy documents.
